Abstract

These days the complexity of electronic scene defines the inner world of educational institutions. The flow of information has also altered a lot both at institutional level and at home, too. Mobile-tools ensure immediate access to all kinds of information as well. Teachers need to face with loads of challenges. Usage of BYOD-method could be an alternative solution for broadening e-learning environment in schools. Hereby Hungarian teachers’ opinion about using mobile devices for educational purposes will be presented. A paper based and an online questionnaire were used as research methods. The sample is nationwide, nevertheless, it is not a representative one it rather provides an exciting overview of teachers’ attitude in connection with mobile devices before and during COVID-19 pandemic situation.
